Production Time

Orders ship via UPS.

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after production is complete.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or other reasons unrelated to damage or shipping errors.

Production typically takes an estimated 1–7 business days.

During November and December, production may take an estimated

4–9 business days.

Production time does not include shipping time.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at watercolorsbycindyhart@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, an exchange will be offered for the exact same product originally ordered. Refunds, store credit, and exchanges for different products are not offered, subject to applicable consumer rights.
